Upon signing in at the front desk, you will be asked to answer questions about your health.

The information you provide is important for our doctors to interpret the MRI as accurately and thoroughly as possible.

Our MRI technologist will ask you a series of safety questions to avoid hazards that the strong magnetic field can cause.

After changing into an MRI-safe gown, the MRI technologist will help position you on the scanner table, instruct you to hold still for the entirety of the exam, and begin the exam.

The scanner makes a variety of loud sounds, so our MRI technologist will offer your ear plugs and headphones during the exam. Most MRI exams can take anywhere between 15 and 45 minutes to complete.
