  • Patient coinsurance
  • Copayments (if applicable)
  • Out-Of-Packet Maximum remaining
• This information comes directly from your insurance company.

Based on the exam ordered by your physician, your insurance company reports the amount of coverage they will provide using;

The insurance company reflects the current balances remaining on the above items. This does not include any pending claims that have not been processed. Please note it takes 6-8 weeks for most claims to be processed by your insurance and to update deductible, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximum balances.

This is why time of service costs are only an estimate and are subject to change once your insurance processes your claim.
